About the Event
Caryl Crane Youth Theatre, in partnership with Spotlight Society, is presenting Disney's Frozen Kids this Thanksgiving weekend 2022!
Seeking 18 actors, ages 12-18 for the production. Frozen Kids is a family-friendly retelling of everyone's favorite sibling rulers featuring all the hits from the movie! The production will be staged in-the-round and feature audience participation. Seeking singers, dancers, actors and entertainers who have a willingness to interact with our 'coronation day' special guests!
Audition Requirements
Eligible participants: Ages 12-18 only (must be age 12 by November 1, 2022)
Production Dates: November 25 and 26, 2022 (Thanksgiving Weekend)
Rehearsals: 12 Rehearsals Only! Nov. 7-10, 14-17, 20-23, 2022 (No rehearsal on Thanksgiving). Rehearsal 5:30 - 8:00 pm
Performance venue at a location in Sandusky TBD
Performance times are 7 pm on Friday, November 25, 11 am and 2 pm Saturday, November 26.

AUDITION VIDEOS ARE BEING ACCEPTED NOW THROUGH OCTOBER 28 BY MIDNIGHT!
For your audition: Create a 1-minute music video performing a favorite Disney song (doesn't have to be from Frozen, but we won't complain if it is)! Be creative and have fun with your audition video - don't just stand in your living room and sing (because what fun is that?); show your creative side - act out your song and film it as if it is a music video, starring YOU!! It only needs to be between a minute and 90 seconds long.
When you have your completed video, upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video and put copy link below!
Link must have your name on it! The video must be turned in by Friday, October 28 by Midnight! If you want to submit more than one, or a small group audition, go for it!!
We are looking for 18 creative and fun artists who want to make magic for young audience members who may be seeing their very first live theatrical performance!
